When we were harvesting parsley there were a lot of stems and leaves cut off that usually go to be composted. We decided to pick the stems and juice them, since we had our juicer with. Both of us had half a cup each, and then we had to share with the youngerst woofer as well.

Next day we juiced some of the rhubarb stems, mixed the juice with honey, diluted with chilled water and had a refreshing summer drink.
